Well sorry it has been awhile since my last posts for those of you who are following the events currently happening in "steel town" or is it "steal town"?
From the events and evidence laid out before you it dose appear that some of the people who work for the Attorney General here in the Hammer have been extremely busy robbing us all of our CHARTERED RIGHT to EQUALITY.
Case in point just look at the news and read about how employees of the Attorney General beat and abused a poor 50+ year old man who was supposedly a "crack cocaine dealer" who from the police's own information was a person of Greek origin hmmm yup Greece and Myanmar* (sp) are two closely related cultures and are both in the same geological region and all the citizens from there look remarkably similar.
Right lets see isn't Greece located in Europe right by France and isn't Myanmar located in Asia? yah hells bells I definitely mistake people of Asian heritage for people of Greek heritage and visa versa on a daily basis. Don't you?
To make things more disturbing The Ontario Civilian Commission on Police Services ( you know the people who are supposed to investigate police actions and help protect us from "Jack-booted Gestapo" arm of the Attorney General. well they have announced they are not going to investigate the above noted incident. yup very busy denying us all our Chartered Rights.
You may ask yourself why I use the term "Jack-booted Gestapo' well lets see right now even with the police admitting they made a mistake ( really having a hard time not lmao in saying a mistake for there are numerous and has been ongoing for years) the people who are paid with all our tax dollars are deciding not to do their job hmmm personally I would be giving them their pink slips for failure to do their job! I digress though for this is the short and skinny of it right now what is happening resembles what happened in Hitler’s Germany. Those who do not fit into the ideal citizen are being treat differently and abused by this differential treatment. Too bad that poor fellow did not have a spouse who works in the legislature for if he did he would have probably received special treatment just like Helena Guergis' husband was treated for his crimes. ( you know that little incident where he was caught driving while impaired as well as the cocaine possession and a few other crimes.)
Yup thats right folks here in Ontario everyone is treated equally, and if you believe that I got some land in Florida to sell you or would you like to buy the Brooklyn Bridge? and if you are willing to pay I have an amazing cure for all that ails you.
Now onto the meeting yesterday it was short and sweet and the crown has such a strong case against me that now they are willing to just let me off with just probation nah not falling for that one sorry I am before the courts in an act of civil disobedience to prove that discriminatory actions are currently and have been for some time being committed against those of us who live here in Hamilton. I am pretty sure that the Crown Attorney I met with yesterday was also the very same attorney present back in August in Court room 304. guess the crown isn't worried about conflict of interest either.
A point of interest that was mentioned by the crown yesterday was that apparently our local police and crown are only required to investigate provincial offenses and not federal.
Hold on gotta pick me and the Charter off the floor again for if that is true then why are people constantly being arrested for infractions against the Narcotics Act which is as well a federal piece of legislature.
Well it appears to be a very interesting series of events here in the Hammer and I for one am not willing to let it go.
I MAY NOT BE IN THE SERVICE AND I MAY NOT AGREE THAT WE NEED TO BE IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD FIGHTING AND OR ENGAGING IN POLICE ACTION BUT I AM COMMITTED TO DO MY VERY BEST TO INSURE THAT THOSE WHOM WE ASK TO GIVE THEIR ALL HAVE THEIR RIGHTS PROTECT BACK HERE IN CANADA.

Heres an idea maybe we should start our own CORPS program.
That would be:
C itizens
O bserving and
R eporting
P olice
S ervices.
Nice idea but probably won't fly as it is blatantly clear in these days and times if it isn't happening to you then you don't get involved and then when it dose happen, you wonder why no one helps. Still would be a fairly easy idea to start just create an anonymous web-site where people can upload their videos and or pictures taken of police breaking the law and or police abuse and have people post them there. I may have to start looking into web page design and such.
