I can just imagine what Faulkner had to say…no really imagine it cause after reading about his exacting standards on reporting of true domestic violence it leads one to believe that is where Faulkner resides and creates his official crime reports in his own imagination erm I mean reality or I mean "imaginality" … a new word and I am calling dibs on creating it!
I guess a good definition of it would be the reports that are created to say one thing when in fact the evidence proves the exact opposite.

I wonder how many police reports and crime statistics are based on “imaginality.”
Here’s another slap in the face for us tax payers. Not only did Faulkner fraudulently file his crime reports with statistics Canada but wait for it …why? For doing such a bang up job he’s going to receive an award for such outstanding service to the community from the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP).
Here is the intro:

London Chief of Police Murray Faulkner to be Honoured With Police Leaders’ Highest Award
Fri, June 12, 2009
For Immediate Release: June 12, 2009
(Toronto, ON) – Chief Murray Faulkner of the London Police Service has been chosen to receive the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police’s (OACP) President’s Award of Merit, the highest honour bestowed by the association on a police leader in Ontario .
“Chief Faulkner has devoted 34 years to fulfilling the highest aspirations of law enforcement: the prevention of crime, the enforcement of laws, assistance to victims of crime, and serving the people of London and the Province of Ontario,” said Chief Daniel Parkinson, OACP Interim President. “As a police leader, I have long admired Chief Faulkner’s devotion to Special Olympians, his support for charitable, community, and educational institutions, and his deep respect for law enforcement’s role as a positive change agent in service to Ontarians.”

Yes he truly deserves to be given an award. Your collective tax dollars hard at work preventing crimes…from being reported as they should be courtesy of Chief Faulkner and a few others like him.

You might want to think about how our own former Police Chief Mullan has handled some cases in recent history. There really are too many to list here but lets see off the top of my head: a number of women alleging discrimination on the basis of sex while in the employment of Hamilton Police services, the arrest and detention of a person who was the wrong ethnicity in a robbery case. Oh! And the poster boy for police moral and ethical standards none other than David Doel. Yes he truly deserves to be the poster boy for Hamilton Police Services. Lets see 14 counts, including obstruction of justice, sex while on duty and porn on his police computer. Yes! A poster boy as to why our taxes need to be raised here in Hamilton.. Porn isn’t cheap, you know it costs money. And as I am sure that the police don’t like using second class “tools” it would lead one to believe that the porn that Mr. Doel had on his Police computer cost us tax payers a pretty penny.

Obstruction of justice is always a free item on the menu at Hamilton police services. As well brutality and fraudulent reporting of domestic abuse cases is the order of the day in Ontario.
My bet is the OACP will soon be honouring our own ex-police chief Mullan for his amazing ability to keep a straight face while being interviewed on how we were able to sleep easier at night while under his watch.

When is one of Hamilton’s Chiefs going to receive an award? My bet is shortly after I present evidence about selective prosecution and fraud of services committed by Hamilton Police Services and a few individuals who work in the Sopinka Court house here in Hamilton. But first I will need to ensure that full disclosure has been given to me.
Disclosure has been ruled by Honourable Sopinka as for the public’s use to ensure justice is done.

“ the fruits of the investigation are not the property of the Crown for use in securing a conviction but the property of the public to be used to ensure that justice is done”

R. v. Stinchcombe,[1991]3S.C.R. 326

While reading the police disclosure I have “re- solved” one of histories greatest mysteries and that is:
Watergates tipster “deep throat” lives here in Hamilton and is alive and well and providing police tips on me.

The tip you ask? Why, that I was asking around about murder defences. The tip is reported at 12:56 pm - about 2 hours after I had the pleasure of being arrested by Hamilton Police.
Yah a pleasure! Let’s see: cuffs cutting off feeling in my wrists, denial of migraine medication, threats and taunts (which are pretty much standard operating procedure for some of Hamilton’s police.)
Sorry off topic, but yes the tip is used for an application or recommendation for an order to have me held until trial denying me bail (Covered in section 515(10)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.) The curious thing about this is that there is no record of an officer filing that report in my disclosure (which still has original stamp and staple in it). No name. No badge. No time received. No date received. Absolutely nothing! Just a mention of it in the “official” copy of “Disclosure.” An allegation unsubstantiated and for reasons that escape me without a badge number beside it. After all, if you as a police officer received such a call and were part of the group of people who were going to be able to say “on that day I did my job as required by law and we held a criminal accountable for their actions” would you not include your badge number and a report as well?
Guess we will have to wait to find out.
Who is this outstanding police officer who either forgot to make out a report or who conveniently remembered to mention this serious tip only after the fact?

Psst police here's a tip you pissed off the wrong man when you obstructed justice back in January 2009 and now it will be public record when it is heard before a court of competent juridiction.

Continuing on with my last post here is what a member of the Canadian Senate had to say about the reporting of spousal abuse wow wonders of wonders something is rotten in the imaginarium of imaginality in the reporting of domestic abuse cases.

Or if you like you can watch what TVO Ontario’s debate had to say about this topic it starts with part one located here and has 5 parts to it.
