Last Class for the Session Dec 11, 2013

This is to remind you that classes on vegetarian cooking is continuing tomorrow, Wednesday Dec 11 2013 from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm at 1441 Barton Street E., Hamilton. Please join us for the practical experience of the joys and health of vegetarianism.

Learn how to make easy and nutritious vegetarian dishes, and about the health benefits of a vegetarian diet. Classes are free and everyone will get to sample all dishes made.
