Well, let’s see. What should I post and what can I legally post and what should I legally post? Lots of options with a certain rule to follow: as the saying goes “Say it with flowers, say it with mink, just don't ever say it in ink.”
Good words but if it is said in ink and in an open court I guess it is public knowledge, and the Government has made said some things in ink. So let’s have a look at them: the ones that are points of interest to my protest:

CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS

Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law:

Guarantee of Rights and Freedoms
Rights and freedoms in Canada

1. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.

Ok, so it looks like this says Canada guarantees that we have rights subject to reasonable limits (sounds like small print in plain language which it is in the next line.)…reasonable limits…demonstrated.
Key point - reasonably demonstrated to be justified. It has been proven time and time again that equality between the sexes is a reasonable prescribed limit.

Fundamental Freedoms
Legal Rights

Section 7, 8, 9, 10, and no conflict that I feel I should make public until they are entered into a court of law.

Proceedings in criminal and penal matters

Treatment or punishment

12. Everyone has the right not to be subjected to any cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.

Let’s see here how about denying a person medication to control the effects of a Migraine - The MayoClinic.com openly says that they are
Migraine —"… debilitating variety of headache." I will openly post that with more to follow on that topic after I testify to it in an open court of law.

Equality Rights
Equality before and under law and equal protection and benefit of law

15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

Affirmative action programs

(2) Subsection (1) does not preclude any law, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration of conditions of disadvantaged individuals or groups including those that are disadvantaged because of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability. (84)

Ok let’s see here. Equal before and under the law…equal benefit and protection.
Quick review of equal rights: I make the allegations my "ex" committed some crimes against me and that they are indictable (serious crimes.) The crimes are or could be these, for the crown does have the right to prosecute with a lesser charge.

CRIMES:
345. Every one who stops a mail conveyance with intent to rob or search it is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life. R.S., c. C-34, s. 304.

Theft

322. (1) Every one commits theft who fraudulently and without colour of right takes, or fraudulently and without colour of right converts to his use or to the use of another person, anything, whether animate or inanimate, with intent

(a) to deprive, temporarily or absolutely, the owner of it, or a person who has a special property or interest in it, of the thing or of his property or interest in it;

Or under Canada Post Corporation Act

Opening mail

48. Every person commits an offence who, except where expressly authorized by or under this Act, the Customs Act or the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act, knowingly opens, keeps, secretes, delays or detains, or permits to be opened, kept, secreted, delayed or detained, any mail bag or mail or any receptacle or device authorized by the Corporation for the posting of mail.
R.S., 1985, c. C-10, s. 48; R.S., 1985, c. 1 (2nd Supp.), s. 172; 2000, c. 17, s. 88; 2001, c. 41, s. 79.

Abandonment of mail

49. Every person commits an offence who unlawfully and knowingly abandons, misdirects, obstructs, delays or detains the progress of any mail or mail conveyance.
1980-81-82-83, c. 54, s. 43.

Delay of mail

50. (1) Every person commits an offence who, without reasonable cause, refuses to permit or delays permitting any mail or mail conveyance to pass on or use any road, ferry or other route or mode of transport access to which is under his control.

Punishment

60. Every person who contravenes any provision of this Act or the regulations or who commits an offence under any of sections 48 to 59
(a) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or
(b) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.
1980-81-82-83, c. 54, s. 54.

Now any one of these charges describes what My "ex" did and she could have been brought before the law to answer for but she was not. Given that the mail she tampered with was legal government documents should the employees of the Attorney General pursued the matter?

Rights guaranteed equally to both sexes

28. Notwithstanding anything in this Charter, the rights and freedoms referred to in it are guaranteed equally to male and female persons.

It looks like the Charter again re-iterates the importance of no discrimination or bias on the basis of sex.

Some of the employees of The Ontario Attorney General were made well aware of indictable offences committed by one citizen by another. As well, an incredible amount of evidence relating to said crimes and nothing is done about seems to point very strongly to discrimination on the basis of sex? (I believe the Legal terminology would be a Prima Facie discrimination case)

Some interesting stuff to say the least. Just don't try and do this legal research while feeling tired as it is like a written sleeping pill.

Now lets add to this that My fiancé, ( Really what can I say about her she's the Best sticking through the crimes committed against me by a former spouse and still having the strength to carry on.) In her disbelief that the police and courts were acting in a discriminatory manner actually assaulted me and called the police and explained what she has done. The police arrive and take her away to an abused women’s shelter??? Hello male victim - woman perpetrator again. This kind of establishes a pattern. In her statement she says the only thing I did was to ask her to stop. I can understand her disbelief after all we have been going through this situation together since early 2009.

Now finally what happened in Court: Yesterday, I believe, I appeared before Worship Hugh Brown and he looked pretty displeased, although I am not quite sure why. Was it because he knows that his actions of discrimination are about to be testified to in a higher court? His actions will be questioned and he may find himself in quite a sticky situation for discrimination on the basis of sex? He was however quite friendly before I appeared before him. Around 10 am and after I appeared he seem to be as one person who also appeared before him described it "grumpy …and pissed"

Worship Hugh Brown order that I appear back before the courts April 16 to set a trial date. Wow wheels of justice move very quickly for one sex and not another there
I informed his Worship that as far as I knew I had not received full disclosure yet to which I believe he replied "You better get a move on" or something close to that.
Good thing I am guaranteed fairness in all matters appearing before court as stated in section 11 d of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Or is it that Hamilton Ontario has separated from the rest of Canada and formed its own little country by itself?

Does this Country of Hamilton not agree that its citizens are equal? Or is it that the Province of Ontario has separated from Canada? Pretty sure I have a fair understanding of what happened as well as witnesses and documentary evidence pointing to one thing and the Government of Ontario chooses to act in another.

Oh well! Looks to be some stormy weather for some government employees here in Hamilton!
