I know of what you are speaking of. Though I have no children of my own I am well aware of how cas is ripping families apart. I wish you luck in your plight and know of some who have been successful while others are mired down in the volumes of paperwork. I am sure you are aware of the petition to have an over-sight committee for the cas. If not am sure I can dig up the page and or some contact people as well. It is not just a cas problem but a justice problem in the in-justice system.
I am currently involved in a fight with said system and am making some headway although it is a slow drawn out process. Feel free to browse my page or look at the response letter to the Justice of the Peace review council in the blog post section.
From a phone conversation I had on November 30 I was told the council is preparing to investigate 3 Justices of the Peace here in Hamilton from my complaints pertaining to their incompetence in law and or their willful disregard of the rule of law.
