What impact would you like to have on the world?

I don't personally expect to impact the world at large but I do think I can impact people individually. I work from a micro perspective rather than macro.

I believe it is always important to listen to people and give them the benefit of the doubt in situations, especially if you are feeling morally outraged! In my experience, my people don't mean to be harmful in their actions. They think come from a different place and listening and talking brings us together
