- What impact would you like to have on the world?
- I don't know about the impact I want to leave....that stinks too much of ego to me. I do know that as a general rule, we should concentrate on taking care of our own communities. If everyone did that, the rest of the world wold follow. One thing I would really like to see happen is business and restaurants being required to recycle and participate in the green bin program. I think we should all write our MP's, etc. to try and make that happen.

- Be conscious of what you do and the choices you make in terms of what you buy and where, for example. Be diligent about recycling and if you live in a building that doesn't recycle, keep at them until they do. Do what you can and be gentle with yourself about the things that you can't. Instead of throwing stuff out, if it still works send it to Goodwill or another organization like that. If you can't transport it, put an ad in Craigslist or Kijiji or FreeToronto.
- What clubs, groups, orgs are you involved with
- This one. I don't necessarily get involved in organizations as they are more interested in my money than they are in my time and contributions. As well, most of that money goes to administration. I would like to see something set up where the organizers and helpers are ALL volunteers and ALL of the money goes towards the cause.

- I hear about children starving and not getting proper medical treatment or education in third world countries. Toronto is not in a third world country and yet the same things are happening HERE in my own backyard. I have volunteered with homeless organizations, literacy tutoring for both adults and children and have done a great deal of volunteer work for animal rescue organizations. Aside from that, I am very aware of the products I purchase, where they come from and the stores I purchase them from. I know my small bit doesn't make an impact, but if more ppl did this, it wouldn't be such a small impact. I recycle and am quite religious about using the green bin program. I don't throw out useable stuff, rather I donate it.
