To help people realize that we are all human beings and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect no matter what our circumstances are and that no one wakes up one morning and decides they will be a drug addict or a street worker for a living. Stuff happens that sends people in that direction and all too often it is not their own doing.

As Chair of AIDS Niagara, I am on the front line of public relations for our community, which means we make sure our name is out there in the community and raise funds for our clients to live a healthier life out of poverty.
As LBS Program coordinator, I am helping our adult learners upgrade their education to get better jobs or to go forward in training or education. We help people perform job searches, resumes and cover letters. Teach people to use computers and help them to improve their life skills.
As Social Justice Chair for my church I direct funds to organizations and causes for people in poverty and/or need for some other cause.
