How will Hamilton handle the coming of Bill Cosby this evening (his last Canadian Appearance) after hearing the Allegations of Rape  To date 30 women have come forward one of which is Canadian Andrea Constand. There is no statute of limitations in Canada. Therefore, for crimes such as major theft, murder, rape or the like, you can be charged at any point in the future. Warrants have been known to exist for more than 20 years in some cases. Bill Cosby should be arrested and tried in this Country.  I'd imagine in a place as Active and Socially Conscious as Hamilton Ontario Canada there will be public outrage  and a demand for Justice! The Canadian woman Andrea Constand was 19yrs old at the time- Jan. 13, 2005, when a woman in Pickering, Ont., east of Toronto, reported a sexual assault to her local police. At that time, though, as is often the case with the first person to
point an accusing finger at a seemingly unassailable public figure, the
response was muted, hesitant, awkward and cautious. Next month marks 10 years since Andrea Constand told Durham Regional Police the hugely popular actor, star comedian and celebrity pitchman drugged her and sexually assaulted her at his home in Cheltenham, Pa. There are now 30 women who have come forward which opens the door to investigate Andrea Constand's case.
