Dell Notes

Ok first this is exactly how and when the Crown gave me this report on August 13, 2009 and was prepared for the Crown on August 11, 2009.
Really have to wonder if the Crown knew of this evidence than why did they not disclose it to me during my first or second appearance?
If you really want to dig look at a Supreme Court of Canada Case { highest Court in Canada } (sorry folks proper citation for those of your who understand it for those who don't just google R. v. Stinchcombe)
R. v. Stinchcombe [1991] 3, S.C.R. 326, 68 C.C.C. (3d) (where the most Honourable Justice Sopinka ( you know the Person for whom our Court House is named after) said and I paraphrase
" The fruits of an investigation are not for the use of the Crown to ensure a conviction but are the property of the people to ensure justice is done"

Another way to look at it is that the Crown has an obligation to dislcose all relevant material whether or not in intends to use it at trial.

Yeah looks like the Crown here in Hamilton is doing that ,, first appearance by me was in March then again in April ,,and woops,, "Sorry Mr Perrins we forgot about this stuff slipped our minds yah know" it gets better you'll notice officer Chu's stuff wasn't prepared for disclosure until September but I never got it till October 4, 2010,, not that the Crown would want to do what the Supreme Court of Canada says it should.

Ok first highlight look at the time she makes it to be 15:38 or in laymans terms 3:38

Occurance # 09-250048 and it says deals with Jennifer Workman

Talks of this pound of flesh statement but it is not in any email from me to Ms Workman nor is it in any regular mail either.
