The Festival invites you to apply for exhibit space at the Annual Fix Our World Festival. Food and general merchandise vendors wishing to participate at the Fix Our World Festival are required to complete and return an application form. If you would like to feature your products and/or services at the Festival, we would be happy to send you exhibitor information.

We expect thousands of music lovers, environmentalists, socially and globally conscious  individuals, and persons wanting to make a difference to attend this 3 day event at McQuesten Park, located across from Limeridge Mall, Hamilton's largest Shopping Centre.  Fix Our World Festival is going to be the Biggest Event to hit Hamilton Mountain on September 14,15, 2013  Fun for All Ages !

The Festival provides a variety of musical and cultural experiences a Make Poverty History sign-up booth, Workshops, Guest Speakers for Peace/Conflict, Poverty, Environment/Climate Change, HIV/AIDS/Global Health, social justice groups, local and global organizations, community groups, youth clubs, for all our visitors to see who is making a difference and how they can be part of the solution, by starting with ourselves in our  own backyards and how we can be better Global Citizens.

Fix Our World festival, Sept. 14-15, happening at McQuesten Park, 1119 Upper Wentworth St . We would be pleased to have your organization set up a vendor at the festival with the price quoted below. If you are interested, please submit the vendor form (attached) as soon as possible to secure a spot at the festival.

The Festival mandate is to host a high quality event while maximizing each exhibitor's sales, therefore only a limited number of booths are available. Each booth has a 10 foot frontage with a 10 foot depth. There will be a limited number of double width full frontage booths available and these booths will measure 20 feet with a 10 foot depth. 

You must provide your own equipment such as FLAME FIRE RETARDANT tent or canopy, tables, chairs and display stands. Please remember that this is an outdoor show and many locations are in full sunlight. VEHICLES OR TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK AS PART OF YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AGREED UPON BY FESTIVAL ORGANIZERS. Vendor parking is available close by.

Booth locations are assigned by the Festival Committee and their decision is final.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

The Festival Committee reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors in any one category and the right to final decision regarding entry into the Festival.

We are requesting payment in full to accompany the application with an opportunity for full refunds up to June 20, 2013. Food Vendors must be received before June 20, 2013
NSF cheques will be subject to a $25.00 service charge.
First time exhibitors must submit photos of merchandise to be exhibited.
All exhibitors making sales to the public are responsible for collecting and submitting their own P.S.T, G.S.T, H.S.T.

Festival dates are rain or shine.
Festival management is not responsible for lost or damaged articles or displays under any circumstances.
