Claudette aka Ms. Bliss has been a regular meditator for 15 years since 2000 following Paramahansa Yogananda's Kriya Yoga Science.  Her yoga path follows the Raja Royal Yoga path and Indian Sage Pantajali's Eight Fold Path to permanent state of Bliss Consciousness which is enlightenment and the end of all suffering.  From 2000 to 2007 she suffered from anxiety with depressed moods that was acute and needed to take medication. The fruits of regular daily morning and night meditation and spiritual discipline started coming to her in 2007 of experiencing greater peace and joy from within daily so she could get off the medication for good. She is now able to maintain a state of bliss throughout the day even when she is not doing the meditation techniques. Bliss is knowing one's true self within the perfect soul that is always joyful and living in this world from that center and eternal truths.  This is known as becoming self-realized.

Since 2012 she has been practicing healing energy work starting with modality called Sacred Peace Level I and II December 2012. She followed this with Therapeutic Touch Level 1 June 2013, Level 2 Fall 2013, Level 3 in January 2014; and is currently working on her book (accreditation) to be an authorized Therapeutic Touch practitioner on their website. She completed her level I Reiki course in Spring 2014 and Level II on March 19/20^th 2016.  In Fall 2015 she went on a 45 day-darshan pilgrimage trip to Yogananda's India per his book Autobiography of a Yogi for her spiritual growth. In 2016 she added doTERRA essentail oils and AromaTouch, energy modalities, and completed Reiki Level II. She is also a contemporary artist creating art to uplift humanity.

In Therapeutic Touch, the ‘agent’ is the conscious intent of the practitioner to balance and modulate the energy flow through and around the body of the client.  Research and experience have shown that Therapeutic Touch is effective in eliciting a relaxation response, reducing anxiety, changing the perception of pain, facilitating the body’s natural restorative process, bringing about an improved sense of well-being, and providing comfort during distressing circumstances. $35 per 20 minute.
