My mission is focusing on helping people to understand how the power of laughter can build better relationships in our family, in the workplace and increase healthier lifestyles

Transform your crabbiness into happiness!
1. Sit comfortably.
2. Breathe deeply and slowly.
3. Smile a tiny little smile.
4. Visualize people you love.
5. See them having the best day of their lives, feeling healthy, full of life, smiling, singing, dancing, laughing, playing . . . everything falling into place beautifully.
6. Visualize the same for yourself (yes you can do it and yes you deserve it).
Upcoming Events
2 Day Certified Laughter Yoga leader training on Aug 27 & 28, 2016 & Oct 29 & 30, 2016.
Ongoing laughter meetups at Hamilton Waterfront Stage, Pier 8, every Sunday from 10:30-11:30. $5 per person, children under 12 free. Dress accordingly, we laugh rain or shine, hail or snow.

Laughter Yoga began as a way of contributing to world peace, harmony, and well-being. It can be enjoyed by people of all ages, races, genders, cultures, intellectual abilities, physical abilities, and socio-economic levels. It’s easy, and it’s fun. It requires no special equipment and bridges any language gaps. It can be enjoyed within the family, in existing community groups, and in Laughter Yoga clubs. It can enhance business conferences and employee recreation programs. There are very few physical reasons not to participate in Laughter Yoga.
