Engineers Without Borders is working to bring about dramatic changes in Canada and overseas. We aim to make Canada a model citezen on a global scale and promote human development in some of the world's most impoverished communities.
Welcome everyone to the new Fix Our World website!
This is a brand new initiative starting in Hamilton Ontario Canada. The goal of the site is to give individuals and organizations a venue to share ideas, collaborate, and spread the word on what's going on in our world and how we are going to fix it.
On your own page you can post what you have done, what you plan to do, what you'd like to do... anything!
Groups are for organizations and locations. Groups such as this one are for posting ideas, initiatives, and sharing what we as an organization are doing to help fix our world. Groups for about specific cities or locations are for sharing statistics on the city (poverty rates, pollution) and what people in that region are doing.
SO, if you have something to put up anywhere, don't hesitate to do so. And if you notice that your home city doesn't have a group yet, start one up! We're hoping this will become a global initiative, but we can't do that without YOU! Also, don't forget to check out other groups and individuals. Who knows what you might find out?
