 24_Festival/FILM.html\nEvent Summary\nFilmmakers may register as indiv
 iduals or as teams. One member from each will be required to attend th
 e event kick-off meeting at 8 PM on Friday, June 3. At this meeting, t
 eams will receive the three elements that must be included in their fi
 lms: a line of dialogue, a prop, and a location. All teams will be req
 uired to use the same elements. The kick-off meeting will end at exact
 ly 9 PM, from which point teams have only 24 hours to produce a short 
 film of 5 minutes or less in length. Completed films will be handed-in
  to festival staff between 8 - 9 PM on Saturday, June 4.\n \nNEW: ALL
  films completed during the 24-hour production period will be screened
  in one of the festival screenings. Order of screening is determined b
 y order of submission after 24-hours. Audiences at Festival Screenings
  will vote to determine the top 10 films to be screened and juried at 
 the Festival Gala Screening on June 18.\n \nThe top ten films will th
 en be screened at the festival gala event at 8 PM on Saturday, June 18
 th. Celebrity jury members will evaluate the films, and give live comm
 ents on each production. Major awards will be given for the best films
