 obally on February 27. We are fortunate enough to be able to host such
  a powerful event at McMaster University MDCL room 1309\n“The Baha�
 �is are a religious minority in Iran. They are systematically imprison
 ed, tortured and killed by the Iranian government. The Islamic regime 
 bans the Baha’is to study or teach in Iranian universities.\nBut the
  Baha’is DO teach, and they DO study.\nSince 1987 the Baha’is star
 ted BIHE, an underground university with hundreds of students in Iran,
  and dozens of teachers in Iran and world. Through powerful interviews
 , exclusive secret footage shot by citizen journalists, rare archival 
 material and dramatic letters written by a Baha’i prisoners currentl
 y in jail in Iran, To Light a Candle shows how a small minority has de
 fied the brutal systematic religious persecution through non-violent r

 ht a Candle\"? It is a screening of the film about the persecution of 
 Baha'is in Iran. We will also include local musicians, most likely Nan
 cy Campbell Dancers, local dignitaries, and many creative projects to 
 raise awareness. We have invited 600 already from campus and it will b
 e held on campus. This same film is being screened on this same date i
 n towns ALL ACROSS THE PLANET. It is an international screening so we 
 are uniting across the seas! We are also so blessed in Hamilton that D
 r Jabbari can share a few words. She is a retired physician from here 
 in Hamilton whose own father was executed due to the persecution. His
